OUR STORY
Kingdom of Health Was Not Built to Start A Business.
It was built to answer a question that would not go away. Why do some people regain health and vitality while others continue to struggle despite doing everything they are told is “right”?

"Lasting change rarely came from more effort, stricter diets, or harder training. It appeared when deeper biological function was restored."
Jackson and Jelena both come from athletic backgrounds and have spent a combined 34 years working in body transformation and human performance. Early in their careers they followed the traditional path: training, nutrition, supplementation, and progressive overload.
But over time, a pattern emerged that could not be ignored. The people who transformed most reliably were not simply following better programs. Their biology was functioning differently. Energy production was stronger. Recovery was faster. Hormonal systems were more stable. Adaptation was more predictable.
This led both founders, independently and then together, beyond conventional fitness and into the deeper study of human metabolism, circadian biology and cellular physiology.
THE OLD QUESTION
"What should people do?"
BECAME
"What allows the human body to function optimally in the first place?"
This shift in thinking led to what would eventually become the KOH Doctrine, a first-principles framework built around the idea that transformation begins at the cellular level.
Rather than viewing health as a collection of isolated problems, they began to see a common foundation. When cells produce energy efficiently, systems tend to organise. When cellular energy is compromised, systems become conservative. Fatigue, metabolic slowdown, hormonal disruption, stubborn body composition, not separate failures. Different expressions of the same biological constraint.
Not failure. Adaptation.
That understanding reshaped their entire approach to coaching, clinical work, and ultimately to building Kingdom of Health.
CO-FOUNDER
Jackson Litchfield
Cellular Transformation Specialist
Health Coach · 17 Years Experience
Jackson's career began in traditional strength training and body composition coaching, working with individuals seeking performance and physical transformation. Over time, a deeper pattern became clear: lasting transformation rarely came from more discipline or stricter protocols. It consistently appeared when metabolic function improved at a foundational level.
This observation led him into deeper study across functional medicine, circadian biology, mitochondrial function, redox biology, and cellular physiology. It also led to a period of profound personal health challenge that forced him to apply these principles at the deepest level, not as theory, but as survival. That experience became the foundation of everything that followed.
Today, Jackson's work focuses on applying first-principles biology through the KOH Doctrine, guiding individuals through structured metabolic restoration while building their understanding of the biological principles that make lasting change possible.
PHILOSPHY
"The body is not designed to be forced into health. It is designed to organise toward health when the correct conditions exist."
CO-FOUNDER
Jelena Petelinkar-Litchfield
Functional Medicine Practitioner
Women's Cellular Health Specialist · 15+ Years Experience
Jelena holds a degree in Applied Human Physiology and Sports Science from the University of Sport and Medicine in Belgrade, graduating with highest distinction for her thesis on maternal physiology, metabolic health, and long term developmental outcomes. This academic foundation shaped an approach to human health that has always been grounded in physiology rather than protocol.
For more than 15 years she has worked with individuals and families across the Middle East, Europe and Australia, supporting complex cases involving hormonal disruption, fertility challenges, metabolic dysfunction, digestive conditions, thyroid disease, and weight resistance. Throughout that clinical work, a pattern consistently emerged: lasting transformation did not come from managing symptoms. It came when the underlying conditions required for cellular function and biological regulation were restored.
As co-founder of KOH, Jelena leads the development of clinical protocols and educational frameworks, with a particular focus on women's health, reproductive physiology, and the cellular mechanisms that govern long-term hormonal and metabolic function.
PHILOSPHY
"Symptoms emerge at the level of tissues, organs and systems but restoration begins at the level of the cell."
